The Administrative Personnel Affairs Branch Directorate carries out staffing and position-related procedures for administrative staff employed at the units of our University. It is responsible for procedures concerning appointments, assignments, grade and step advancements, service adjustments, retirement, and separation from service.
The Branch Directorate also carries out contractual, employment-related, and other personnel procedures for staff employed under Articles 4/A and 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, as well as for permanent workers employed under Article 4/D.
It also ensures that administrative personnel records are maintained accurately and kept up to date.
