• Ensuring the implementation of decisions taken regarding the university's human resources targets, to make suggestions to the Branch Manager regarding the implementation processes.

• Oversees the personal affairs and procedures of University staff on matters falling within the scope of responsibility of the Department, to carry out and ensure coordination within the branch when necessary.

• Tasks entrusted and tasks and transactions delegated by the Head of Department and/or branch manager fulfill.

• Provide the necessary contribution to the work adaptation and learning processes of the personnel working in the Branch Directorate to eansure.
